Minimum Stay Requirement: There is no minimum stay required except that any stay that includes any nights Dec 22 - 31, 2012 or 2013 requires a 5 night minimum stay.
All Accommodations Feature: Large bathroom with tub (some rooms with tub & separate shower), terrace with lounge chairs, kitchenette, satellite TV, ceiling fans, in room safe, direct dial phone with data port, hair dryer and deluxe amenities in bathroom. All rates & features subject to change without notice.
Children Policy 2012: In Room Categories - 1 infant under 2 years free -or- 1 child 2-11 years old pays additional $56 to $80 per night, depending on travel dates. In Suite Categories - Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay free in when sharing with 1 or 2 adults.
Cancellation Policy: Dec 22 – Jan 04, 2012 & Dec 22 - Jan 3, 2013: If the reservation includes ANY of these dates, full prepayment 90 days prior to arrival is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable unless the written cancellation notice is received by the hotel a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in date. Jan 5 - Apr 5: Cancellations not received in writing more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival and no shows are subject to a 3 NIGHT PENALTY. Apr 28 - Dec 21, 2012 & Apr 6 - Dec 21, 2013: Cancellations not received in writing more than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival and no shows are subject to a 1 NIGHT PENALTY. Hurricane Guarantee: In the event of a hurricane warning/watch only 5% service fee for cancellation. In the event of early departure, non used nights will be refunded.
